Experience
With over 3 years of experience in private practice, educational settings and 7 years in community mental health , I have supported clients from many different backgrounds, age groups and presenting with various mental health challenges.
Specialisations
My specialism is to support neurodivergent clients and I offer a neuro-affirming practice.
However, I welcome all prospective clients warmly.

Approach
I offer a person-centered approach, with interventions from many different counselling modalities depending on your specific needs. I aim to offer the right conditions to enable you to explore whatever you feel is right.
Person centred therapy is a non-directive approach to talking therapy that invites the client to actively take the reins during each therapy session, while the therapist acts mainly as a guide or a source of support for the client. Creating a therapeutic relationship which allows the client space to untangle thoughts and feelings and to articulate their own ideas and solutions.

Values
Compassion, empathy, inclusivity and authenticity are at the core of my practice. I believe in creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.
